The Best Casino since 2003 is now the Casino of the Decade, after leading gaming watchdog and player advocate, Casinomeister, announced its 2009 awards. The perfect end to the decade that saw 32Red launch and become a near overnight hit, this title will take pride of place among our other awards, both from Casinomeister as well as those from other gaming awarding bodies.
The accolade is the first of its kind and reflects how long 32Red have been providing its award-winning service to players. Listed right at the top of Casinomeister’s annual list, it’s obvious that Casinomeister placed great value on the consistency of our service over the last 8 years. The man himself, Bryan Bailey, quoted his initial review of 32Red back in 2002, but summarised by saying:
“They have maintained their focus since their launch: personable customer service, responsive and effective management, professional solid operations. Publicly traded, fully transparent, and they are bound by an ideology that is based on player satisfaction. These guys have a lot to be proud of…again.”
The Casino of the Decade award comes after a year of nominations for 32Red by the industry. However Casinomeister’s is particularly special to us. The forum is a medium to players we wouldn’t otherwise have, where listening and contributing to it serves to make the casino experience at 32Red even better. To then be given such an accolade from recognisably one of the leading authorities in gaming is a real honour.
Continuing where the first decade of the new millennium finished, player care and providing the ultimate in fair and entertaining casino games will remain our primary goal for the following ten years.
